Scott Sandbo

Scott Sandbo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Crest Securities Inc., oversees all of the company's activities including sales and trading, research and investment banking. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Sandbo was in the corporate finance division of Continental Bank where he was involved in a wide range of leveraged financings, mergers and acquisitions and syndications. Mr. Sandbo is on the Securities Industry Association institutional advisory board and also serves on the Oregon State Treasurer's 529 advisory board. Mr. Sandbo received a B.A. from Denison University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University with honors.
