Lyn Hennion

Lyn Hennion is a senior vice president of Umpqua Investments, Inc., operating out of the Medford office. Previously, she was a vice president and senior regional manager for the Franklin Templeton mutual funds, based first in Oregon and later in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. A graduate of Stanford University, Lyn also completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Lyn currently serves on the boards of the Oregon Community Foundation, the Oregon 529 College Savings Network, the Oregon Cultural Trust, Pacific Retirement Services, Rogue Valley Manor Community Services, the Buncom Historical Society and the Applegate Valley Rural Fire Protection District #9. She is a past chair of the Craterian Performances Company, the Rogue Valley International Airport Advisory Committee, the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council, the Providence Community Health Foundation, the Southern Oregon Historical Society Foundation, and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Endowment Board. She is also a former board member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Medford Rogue Rotary Foundation.
Lyn was named three times by Worth magazine to their list of the “Best Financial Advisers” in the country. She was also recognized by Registered Representative magazine as one of 10 "Outstanding Brokers" for 2000 and is listed in the Guide to America’s Best Financial Planners compiled by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
She and her late husband have two grown sons and five grandchildren. She lives near the historic town of Buncom in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon.
